Do You Offer Returns On APPAREL?

As an artist and super small business, we hope your item fits perfectly and you love it, but we know that sometimes a return is necessary. Please email us at andy@wear-am.com to enquire about the return process. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Do you offer returns on Art?

Unfortunately I do not. I will do everything possible so that you are 100% confident it’s the right artwork before buying it. If an artwork arrives damaged, I will pay to have it return shipped and fixed or a replacement sent.

How is the Art Shipped?

Each artwork should indicate whether or not it is tube rolled or shipped as is. Smaller works are packed with considerable care and shipped via FedEX. Larger works, due to the expense of shipping them fully stretched, are shipped a tube. Once you receive the artwork, you will need to take it to a professional frame shop for it to be re-stretched on a stretcher. Framing after this is optional. If you are based outside of the USA, please email me and we can discuss shipping options.

How long does it take to receive my artwork?

Generally speaking, 7-10 business days. All artwork is shipped insured FedEx Ground, and it can take a few days for me to pack the work.

how long does it take to receive my apparel order?

Some items are in stock and ship right away and other items are made on demand and can take up to 10 business days to receive.
