Do You Offer Returns On APPAREL?
As an artist and super small business, we hope your item fits perfectly and you love it, but we know that sometimes a return is necessary. Please email us at andy@wear-am.com to enquire about the return process. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Do you offer returns on Art?
I do not. If an artwork arrives damaged, I will pay to have it return shipped and fixed or a replacement found.
How is the Art Shipped?
Each artwork should indicate whether or not it is tube rolled or shipped as is. Due to the expense of shipping large dimension art works, I ship them unstretched in a tube by FedEx. Once you receive your artwork, you will need to take it to a professional frame shop for it to be re-stretched on a stretcher. Framing after this is optional.
How long does it take to receive my artwork?
Generally speaking, 7-10 business days. All artwork is shipped insured FedEx Ground, and it can take a few days for me to pack the work.
how long does it take to receive my apparel order?
Some items are in stock and ship right away and other items are made on demand and can take up to 10 business days to receive.
